Shipping Policy

At Butter Beauty, we want every order to reach you safely and smoothly, wherever you are in the world.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped from Bangkok, Thailand within 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number.

Shipping Method: We choose the most suitable shipping method for your destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location. Local customs checks or carrier delays can sometimes make it take longer.

Customs & Import Duties: Shipping costs don’t include import taxes or customs duties. If any apply, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Unaccepted Deliveries: If a shipment is refused or not accepted on delivery, we can’t offer a refund or reship the order.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number, to hello@butterbeauty.co so we can look into it and help you.
